LINAK Spain is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our office in Rubí (Barcelona).
Duties of the Customer Service Agent include providing excellent service to our customers in a manner that creates customer loyalty by providing service above and beyond customer expectations.

Customer Service Agent responsibilities include processing all customer orders received, and purchase necessary product related based upon best practice, ensure on-time delivery, based on customer confirmation dates, and create customer intimacy by promoting open communication, positive attitude and fast response.

LINAK is a Danish, family-owned company and is the world leader in manufacturing linear actuators. Our products create movement in various applications improving people’s lives all over the world. We have been present in Spain through many years, and we are now searching to strengthen our team serving both Spain and Portugal. Your primary tasks will include:

  • Answer and direct calls
  • Customer service tasks, processing orders
  • Coordinate purchase orders with our parent company or sister companies
  • Proactive problem solving

You have:

  • Extreme attention to details and the ability to multi-task
  • Self-driven and problem-solving attitude
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point in particular)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

Our products are technical, so even though you don’t have technical education, it will be very beneficial if you have interest in understanding technical products.
